School of Justice Studies Student Clubs
The School of Justice Studies is home to various co-curricular experiences that compliment what is being learned in the classroom. Students can utilize these well rounded experiences to help build the school community and allow for connections outside of the classroom.
The Mock Trial Club at Roger Williams is a competitive travel team that promotes and teaches courtroom skills and techniques through simulated courtroom settings as prescribed by the American Mock Trial Association. Students take on the roles of attorneys and witnesses to argue a case (provided by the American Mock Trial Association) against teams from other schools.
The John Jay Society at 旺旺资源 is a student-run club that welcomes all students with the common goal of furthering student鈥檚 understanding of the criminal justice system! The goals include promoting strong connections between local agencies and 旺旺资源, help members prepare for future careers in the criminal justice field, help members network with justice studies professionals, sponsor guest speakers to come and lecture to our members about first hand experience in the field, and make internship/criminal justice opportunities available to our members!
