About the Mathematics Education Minor
The Mathematics Education minor is an opportunity for undergraduate students across the University to explore an interest in the teaching and learning of mathematics.

The minor offers courses in mathematics education: Problem Solving, Number Systems, Algebraic reasoning, Geometry and Trigonometry, as well as opportunities to work with students in grades K-12. Students completing the minor will develop an understanding of the issues impacting mathematics education and specialized knowledge focused on the teaching of mathematics.
